Celebrity Quote of the Week: Gisele Bundchen

We all know what happened this week. Eli Manning and the New York Giants beat Tom Brady and the New England Patriots and were crowned Super Bowl XLVI champs. The Pats tried to avenge their Super Bowl loss to the G-Men from 2008, vowing to win this time around, but alas, that was not the case. Supermodel Gisele Bundchen, Tom Brady’s wife, had some choice words following their loss, and so it seems apropos that she be honored with our Celebrity Quote of the Week. What did she have to say that has everyone talking? First, let’s backtrack a little here. Gisele was already getting some flack after an email she sent to some family and close friends was leaked prior to the Super Bowl. The New York Post got their hands on it and published it in its entirety. Why, thank you. The gist of the email has Gisele asking for prayers for her Tommy, sending him positive energy “so he can feel confident, healthy and strong” for a Super Bowl win.
